Burglary suspect arrested Sunday in South Kitsap

Robert Lee Nicoson, 31, was arrested around noon in Port Orchard

Robert Lee Nicoson, wanted on a warrant for a residential burglary charge in South Kitsap, was arrested Sunday by detectives from Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office and Bremerton Police, and Port Orchard police officers.

The arrest occurred around noon at a residence in the 1300 block of Garrison Avenue in Port Orchard.

A felony arrest warrant was issued Aug. 21 by Kitsap County Superior Court for the 31-year-old Nicoson. He had resided previously in East Bremerton, Silverdale, Port Orchard, South Kitsap and Belfair.

The warrant issued was for a charge of residential burglary for forcibly entering two South Kitsap residences. He was accompanied by an unidentified adult female. Nicoson was also wanted on an arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing heroin.
