Commission candidate Ed Wolfe endorsed by Kitsap Home Builders Association

Ed Wolfe, candidate for the Central Kitsap County Commission seat, has received the endorsement of the Kitsap County Home Builders Association.

Wolfe was endorsed after the group interviewed candidates for the commission seat recently vacated by Central Kitsap Commissioner Josh Brown.

“Our Governmental Affairs Committee met with the candidates, and after a thorough and in-depth review of their experience and position on the issues, we agree that Ed Wolfe will best serve the businesses and families of Kitsap County”, said Kitsap HBA Government Affairs Committee Chairman Kevin Ryan. “We’re confident that Ed will provide a fair and balanced voice on the Commission, and that he understands the value of our organization to jobs and economic growth in Kitsap County”.

Wolfe, a Republican, started his campaign in early January and has raised nearly $30,000, according to his campaign.

“I’m honored that Kitsap HBA has agreed to endorse my campaign,” said Wolfe. “They know firsthand how our county’s regulatory and policy decisions impact our economy and those hoping to build or buy a home in Kitsap County. I look forward to supporting the wage earners and home owners who deserve a voice on our County Commission.”

Wolfe said his campaign is “off to a great start. My message that we need to bring balance back to Kitsap County is clearly connecting with the voters.”
