Career fair planned at Olympic College

Employers to number 40 at Wednesday's event on the Bremerton campus

More than 40 employers are expected to participate in the Olympic College Job Fair, sponsored by the Career Center, set for Wednesday, May 1, 2013. The fair will take place from noon to 3 p.m. at the Bremer Student Center on the Bremerton campus, 1600 Chester Ave.

The job fair, is free and open to students, alumni and community members. Attendees can expect to connect with representatives from private industry, government agencies and non-profit organizations about full-time, part-time and summer employment opportunities.

Job seekers should come prepared to network. Resumes and appropriate business attire are also recommended. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about career dressing for the interview and workplace environment at a booth hosted by Curvy Q.T. and Lucky Star Clothing.
