At 4:44 p.m. Bremerton Police officers were called to a townhouse at the 100 block of Lebo Boulevard in East Bremerton after a neighbor reported that he had found the man on the floor. BPD stated there were “clear indications of foul play and violence.”

“It is important for the neighborhood to know that our preliminary information indicates that this is likely not a random event,”  said Bremerton Police Chief Steve Strachan.

Bremerton Police detectives and officers, along with Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island and Washington State Patrol detectives, are on the scene and are conducting a comprehensive investigation. The area had been blocked off and Oak Street north of Lebo Boulevard is expected to be closed for several hours.
