Both Stephen Kelly of Oakland, Calif. and Susan Crane of Baltimore have a sentence of 15 months, said Emily Langlie, a spokeswoman for the office. They were convicted of conspiracy, trespassing and destruction of government property by a federal jury in December. The group protesting nuclear weapons used bolt cutters to break through three chain link fences and entered the Main Limited Area of the complex.
