BARN’s youth classes offer teens hands-on experiences that provide a refreshing break from digital life. Each month, Teen Night brings together students in grades 7-12 for a free evening of pizza, creativity and community. Teens choose from studio activities like culinary projects, printmaking, Tech Lab challenges, and more. It’s completely free, but registration is required.

Handwork Week is BARN’s signature contribution to Handwork: Celebrating American Craft 2026, a nationwide, year-long initiative led by Craft in America honoring the handmade as part of the U.S. Semiquincentennial. From April 26 to May 1, 2026, BARN will host accomplished craftspeople offering intensive workshops that celebrate the diversity and vitality of American craft.
