POULSBO — Joleen Suzette Spratt (Aug. 20, 1949-Oct. 17, 2017), beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and auntie, passed away peacefully on a Tuesday morning. She was 68.

She was a people person who was loved by just about anyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She was preceded in death by her mother, Pat Billings; father, Steven “Jersey” Billings; and daughter, Jody Billings Broderick. She is survived by her husband, Dean; son, Tom Broderick; daughter-in-law, Angela Broderick; grandson, Owen Finley Broderick; sisters, Sherry Smith and Charlene Hanson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a very special person who touched many lives. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

She tended bar in Poulsbo for many years, managed a convenience store on Viking Avenue, and was working at Shoomadoggie prior to becoming ill. In accordance with her final wishes, there will be no service and memorials may be made in her name to Locks of Love.
