The Navy Region Northwest Band plays at the Poulsbo Parks and Recreation Center Friday, prior to a Freedom Walk through downtown Poulsbo. The walk was sponsored by American Legion Post 245 to mark the eighth anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
