BIMA hides glass floats all over Kitsap

Public locations all over Kitsap County have been selected to be part of Bainbridge Island Museum of Art’s 10th Anniversary Treasure Trek.

Glass floats will be hidden from Fort Ward Park on Bainbridge to Long Lake County Park in Port Orchard. If you find one of the 200 hand-blown glass orbs during the scavenger hunt that starts April 1 you keep it.

No need to trespass as floats will be hidden in public areas, such as parks, beaches and waterways. They will not be hidden in sensitive areas such as wetlands, and they will be located within a few feet of main trails.

One float per person please, a BIMA news release says.
