A Wolfle class reunion | A Glance At The Past | July

Lucille Weisenberger grew up in the Kingston area, moving here with her parents when she was about 1. She began her teaching career at the school in Little Boston in 1940 teaching grades 1-4. She retired as the librarian at Wolfle in 1981. She celebrated her 90th birthday earlier this year.

The fourth grade class of 1953-54 is the older picture. It was taken in front of the first David Wolfle Elementary School. (That building was closer to the highway than the current David Wolfle building.)

Jo worked very hard identifying and then locating the students in the picture.  She was really surprised to learn that quite a few of her classmates are deceased.

The current picture above was taken June 6 in the Wolfle library.
