I recently went online to find out just who controls Kitsap Transit.

It appears that the county commissioners have some role, but I could not find out exactly who Executive Director Dick Hayes works for.

If Mr. Hayes worked for me and was not doing what I wanted him to do and was wasting taxpayer dollars, he’d be looking for a new job.
