The real root of hate in Orlando shooting
In response to the story, “Preventing hate after Orlando,” page A1, June 17 Central Kitsap Reporter:
First of all, the hate didn’t start after the Orlando shooting. The hate has been with Islamic terrorists for a very long time.
The shooter stated that his motive to was repay this country for the bombing of his fellow Muslims. He was not an American, regardless of where he was born. During the attack, he swore allegiance to ISIS and Islam. He wasn’t targeting homosexuals.
It was known that he targeted the dance club because he could do more damage than he could at Disneyland. The dance club had an armed guard at the door who made sure none of the patrons were armed, and they weren’t. The shooter then dispatched the guard and, since all the exits were locked, he started at the entrance and began shooting. He was able to kill just as fast as he could reload.
This wasn’t the first Islamic terror incident we’ve experienced. It began on 9/11 and since then we’ve had them on a regular basis. The enablers of these incidents reside in the White House. By forbidding the use of certain words by the FBI and the State Department (Islamic, jihad, Muslim Brotherhood) as well as any reference to killing Christians, the current administration has offered protection from investigation by police and other law enforcement agencies. And, by expanding immigration to include “refugees” from Muslim states, they have guaranteed that a continued stream of similarly motivated “Soldiers of Allah” will be able to establish cells throughout the U.S.
This recent attack was just a continuation of terrorist attacks that will ultimately be far more dangerous than Pearl Harbor ever was.
