Reward offered for theft of belongings

My wife is the nicest person on the planet. She works at Central Market and all who know and appreciate her many kindnesses will tell you how she makes their day.

My wife is the nicest person on the planet. She works at Central Market and all who know and appreciate her many kindnesses will tell you how she makes their day. She remembers everyone’s children and grandchildren, birthdays, and much more.

Today, she was violated and I am offering a substantial reward for the arrest and conviction of whoever stole her purse and all her personal information, our house keys, car keys, and much more.

She simply turned to get help from another employee for a retirement party tomorrow for Dave Wiemer and in no more than 15 seconds of her leaving the door to her car open, someone stole her purse. Keys. Personal information. Social Security number. Post Office box number with key. House key. Car key. All the other kinds of things thieves prey upon to steal identity.

We have done everything the Poulsbo police suggested, contacted all the federal and state people and have gotten some reassurance, but this is so wrong, especially when it has happened to such a gracious and kind person.

If anyone out there has any information about this theft and violation, please contact the Poulsbo Police Department or Central Market. We now have to worry that someone will steal our car, break into our house — well, simply turn the key — or enter our Post Office box since no one is home at the Post Office to help us after hours, not to mention the other government offices not helpful when thefts happen late in the day.

Thanks to everyone at Central Market and the Poulsbo Police Department for your kind and supportive help.

Ron Hirschi
