Mr. Olsen now wants to take us back to 1915, a time when men made all the decisions for women (“No on Senate Bill 5026, yes on Senate Bill 5289,” page A4, Jan. 30 Herald).

He has lost several elections for his outdated positions. For example, he doesn’t understand why we honor our Japanese American citizens.

It is way past time for his voice to fade away.
