Mr. Haydon’s letter is a case study in the politics of personal destruction.
On behalf of myself and my family on Aug. 29 a police report was filed on a second act of malicious political intimidation at our property. My family’s safety is paramount and the police report so stated. By email I notified only Bainbridge Island Police Chief Jon Fehlman and COBI city officials of this incident. Three emails Mr. Haydon claims he received in fact had to have come from COBI city officials or agents on their behalf.
Mr. Haydon fails to reveal he is a BITV “crime-report” reader. For the past two years Mr. Haydon’s “crime editorials” have been obsessed with BI public-political signage. In fact my YouTube editorial rebuttal was aired on BITV to Mr. Haydon’s on-air disdain for political free speech and crime.
Furthermore, Mr. Haydon’s mockery of the glories of Democracy is revealed by his call for a vote for his dog this Nov. 2. I say: Vote Olsen if you want to see the brakes put on a state income tax, and betrayal of the will of the people on taxes and bloated government spending and programs. Celebrate positive change: Vote Olsen 23rd District.
Self immolation is Mr. Haydon’s right, political-sign theft and intimidation are not.
