Being a legislator isn’t easy. It doesn’t happen overnight. Sherry Appleton has the experience now and deserves another term.

It takes time to build a working relationship with other elected officials. They know Sherry is honest and they rely on her word. She has earned their trust and respect. She has been appointed to committees with clout. Through her dedication and effort she has championed Kitsap County needs and we are the beneficiaries.

It isn’t easy to step into the job, frankly I don’t know why anyone wants to, but someone has to do it. This is our chosen form of government and I wouldn’t want any other.

So, because of Sherry’s experience, elect her to another term.
