Windermere Silverdale has new broker

Julie Wurden Jablonski is joining the Windermere Commercial Real Estate division in Silverdale.

Julie Wurden Jablonski is joining the Windermere Commercial Real Estate division in Silverdale.

Jablonski will focus on serving commercial real estate investors, sellers and buyers, as well as providing residential seller and buyer representation.

Jablonski has a master’s in business degree from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Business and chemical engineering and chemistry degrees from the University of Washington.

She also has Graduate Realtor Institute and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations. Jablonski is member of the National Association of Realtors, Kitsap County Association of Realtors, and Northwest MLS.

Jablonski grew up in a well-known Kitsap real estate family, earning her broker’s and managing broker’s license at an early age, and worked with her mother, retired broker June Wurden, in the early years of her career.

Past positions include Finance Supervisor for the ARCO Cherry Point Refinery, Finance Consultant and Camp Services Manager for ARCO Alaska, and General Manager for the Bremerton Tennis and Athletic Club.

Her sister-in-law, managing broker Irene Wurden and nephew broker Chris Wurden currently make up “The Wurden Team”, also now at Windermere West Sound.

“I am excited to be back in real estate and I aim to put my experience in financial analysis, data modeling and negotiation skills to work on behalf of sellers and buyers to help them achieve their real estate investment and ownership objectives,” said Jablonski.
