Dan Weedin, a Poulsbo-based business consultant and past Rotary President was awarded the first-ever “Community Builder Award” by the Miss Poulsbo-Miss Kitsap Scholarship Organization. Current and past titleholders presented him with the award at his final meeting as President of the Poulsbo-NK Rotary Club last month.

Weedin has been active with the organization since 2007. He and other community members help prepare the young ladies for the interview portion of their competition.
