Tim Ryan Construction Inc. of Poulsbo was awarded the tenant improvement contract for the Edward Jones office located at 555 Pacific Ave. in Bremerton. The new space gives Edward Jones more than 1,000 square feet of office space and will be open in May.

Karin Kay Properties honors top agents

Karin Kay Properties recently presented awards to top-producing agents at its annual banquet held this year at Clearwater Resort, celebrating an accumulated 75.8 million closed sales. Broker and Owner Karin Kay reported 2008 as being one of the company’s strongest years.

This year’s award recipients were Teri Allen and Robert Rieder each receiving the Crystal Award as part of The Lifetime Achievement Club. Rieder won several other awards to include The Sterling Award, Top Sales and the company’s highest award, The Summit Award. The Top Listing Agent was also awarded to Robert Rieder. The Ambassador Award, which is voted on by peers, was presented to Janet Lovett. The Brokers Award went to Heidi Hartman.

Kay also announced the company’s first quarter sales in 2009 are reported at approximately six million.
