Kitsap Credit Union recently named Sandy Thomas the new risk manager. Thomas is joining the credit union with more than 40 years experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Kitsap Credit Union, she served as a compliance consultant for a nationwide accounting firm specializing in Pacific Northwest credit unions.

“Kitsap Credit Union has been in this community for 75 years and it is my role to make sure we continue to be a safe, sound, and secure financial institution for the future,” Thomas said. “I am honored to serve as the risk manager to make sure our member’s investments are protected. I look forward to being a part of this credit union which is dedicated to helping local people achieve their financial goals.”
