Kitsap Bank announced that Sonya Pare has been named Employee of the 3rd Quarter of 2014.

She joined the bank in January 2008 as a teller at the South Park Village Branch.  Pare has worked in the accounting and branch liaison departments, and was promoted to her current position of data analyst in information technology in May 2012.

“Sonya is a great resource for her colleagues,” said Steve Politakis, CEO. “She has acted as a liaison between departments, recognizing needs and offering technical solutions that enable us all to work together more efficiently in an atmosphere of collaboration and cooperation. She is a true asset to the IT department and Kitsap Bank.”
