Anderson will put South Kitsap first

Any idea what South Kitsap will look like in the next six years? Six years is the term of office for our next Port of Bremerton commissioner!

Wonderful things can be accomplished in this timeframe with the RIGHT person selected to represent us on the board at the Port of Bremerton. After working with Gary Anderson in the South Kitsap community and on the board of the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce, I wholeheartedly endorse him for Port of Bremerton Commissioner.

Gary knows our community, he knows real estate and he knows business management, but most important to me, he knows how to work with people, both as a leader and part of a team. I’m a banker by trade and have worked in banking and credit unions for years, currently as a branch manager of a Community Development Credit Union in Port Orchard.

I know first-hand how important it is for careful and effective fiscal management. Gary is clearly the most qualified candidate, given his proven experience and economic management skills.

At this time, we need a commissioner that will put South Kitsap first, something that Gary has consistently done. Gary was one of the first and most committed supporters of our new South Kitsap Community Events Center. Sadly, his opponent testified publicly that he would support the funding of a different project in another community over our own.

It’s time that we elected a commissioner who will protect our interests while creating economic growth for all. Please join me and support Gary Anderson for Port commissioner.
