Campaign kickoff for Superior Court candidate Houser

POULSBO — William C. Houser of Poulsbo, candidate for Kitsap County Superior Court, has scheduled two campaign events.

The first is April 28, 4-7 p.m., at Wing Point Golf and Country Club, 811 Cherry Ave., Bainbridge Island.

The second event is May 10, 5:30-7:30 p.m., at Sogno Di Vino, 18830 Front St., Poulsbo.

Houser, a former part-time judge in Oregon, is one of two candidates running for the position being vacated by Judge M. Karlynn Haberly, who is retiring. The other candidate is Jennifer Forbes of Poulsbo, a lawyer and judge pro tem in district and municipal courts.
