Joey Duwe ended his high school career with North Kitsap’s first ever top 10 finish in the 4A state golf tournament held at Avalon golf course in Burlington. Duwe shot two consecutive rounds of 75 to place him ninth overall in the field of 80 golfers. Tee to green Duwe played very well
