A 40-year-old Poulsbo man was killed in a head-on collision involving a commercial truck on Highway 104 near Kingston Nov. 29.

A Washington State Patrol memo says a commercial truck, driven by a 37-year-old Bremerton woman, was traveling westbound on Hwy 104 at Carlin Court and crossed over the centerline, striking a Ford F-150 head-on, which was driven by 40-year-old Christopher L. Refsdal of Poulsbo, who was declared deceased at the scene. A 38-year-old Poulsbo woman, who was a passenger in the F-150, was declared not injured but was taken to St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale.

The driver of the commercial truck is facing charges of second-degree negligent driving and driving with a suspended license, per WSP.
