Victim ID’d

The decedent from an automobile versus pedestrian incident on Wheaton Way in Bremerton Nov. 16 has been identified as 35-year-old Nichole Williams of Bremerton.

An autopsy has been performed by the Kitsap County Medical Examiner’s Office, with the cause of death being multiple blunt force injuries and the manner of death an accident, per a news release.

Hometown Band concerts

The Hometown Band will be performing a series of holiday concerts throughout Kitsap County.

Dec. 5, 7-9 p.m. at Silverdale Lutheran Church; Dec. 7, 3-5 p.m. at Port Orchard United Methodist Church; Dec. 12, 7:30-9 p.m. at North Point Church in Poulsbo; and Dec. 14, 3-4:30 p.m. at Village Green Community Center in Kingston

Under the direction of conductor Mike Jauregui, the Hometown Band will perform a variety of seasonal music, both traditional and more contemporary, ranging from Maoz Tzur, a traditional Chanukah piece and the Hallelujah Chorus to Minor Alterations: Christmas Through the Looking Glass, per a news release.

The band is also excited to include a premier performance of a rousing non-holiday number, titled Indomitable Spirits, a work by Dr.Stafford Miller, a retired North Seattle Community College music director and composer.
