Trojans Sam Lewis and Aiden Vaughn won their doubles match against Bremerton Sept. 22 to contribute to Olympic’s team victory.

Olympic dealt Bremerton its first loss of the season in boys tennis Sept. 22, as the Trojans claimed four matches to the Knights’ three.

The win marked the first of the season for the Trojans (1-1, 1-1 in Olympic League) while the Knights suffered their first loss of the season (4-1, 3-1 in OL).

“They [Bremerton] got three really great singles players, and to be able to pull it out at the end like that with the last doubles match and a third set was really good for the team,” Olympic coach Kristi Gonzalez said. “The boys needed a pick-me-up.”
