North Kitsap

Zakaria Hammou finished third at 215 pounds with a 4-1 record and two pins.

Ben Gomez went 4-1 and finished third at 175 pounds.

Dayton Heymann lost his first match in the 138-pound bracket. However, he finished 3-3 and placed sixth with all three victories coming by two points.

Jaxon Johnson reached the semifinals before medically forfeiting from the tournament. Johnson finished 2-3 and earned sixth.

Morgan Paul went 3-2 and finished seventh at 175 pounds with a pin and decision.

Marquiese Vestal went 1-2 at 190 pounds.

The Vikings finished eighth in the 2A division with 64 points.

Bainbridge

Sage Swalley became the first Bainbridge girl to place at state. She went 3-2 at 170 pounds and finished eighth.

Garrett Goade went 3-2 and finished fourth at 175 pounds. He reached the semis before falling into the consolation bracket.

Wyatt Chabot went 3-2 in the 3A 157-pound bracket to place seventh. Chabot earned two major decisions and a pin.

Natalie Noel went 0-2 in the 115-pound bracket.
