Bainbridge

Key returners: Senior Caleb Durrance and junior Sam Nyland
Outlook: Nine of 14 players last season graduated. Therefore, a team plagued by turnovers will be even less experienced this season. On the bright side, the Spartan defense looks to remain intact after some strong outings last year.

Outlook: Bremerton lost its top four scorers. Their returners lack game experience. Therefore, the Knights will have several shoes to fill before league play starts if they want a competitive season.

Outlook: Kingston will return one of its top scorers and defenders to build their game around. Despite losing half the team to graduation, the foundation can keep the Buccaneers afloat.

Outlook: Klahowya’s top two scorers, Ward and Slater, return, averaging a combined 24.3 points per game last season. Kraft will lead the defense after leading the team in steals and blocks. Klahowya can make a push for a middle-of-the-road record.

Outlook: Olympic was the only team in the Olympic League without an all-league selection. However, Bluitt returns after receiving an honorable mention and a sportsmanship award. Olympic’s squad is more experienced, meaning they can possibly squeak out a winning record this year.

Outlook: SK lost a handful of players from last season. However, their top three scorers will return with a combined average scoring of 36.5 points per game. In addition, the Wolves had several close games, with 47% ending within a 10-point margin.
