Trojans best Bucs for homecoming

SILVERDALE — The Olympic Trojans sent the Kingston Buccaneers home with their fifth loss of the season Oct. 10.

The Trojans defeated the Bucs 28-7 at Silverdale Stadium. The Trojans (3-0, 4-2) scored 13 in the second quarter and 15 in the fourth quarter to secure the win. The Bucs scored seven in the third.

Trojans quarterback Makaleb Mcinnis threw for three touchdowns and ran for another. The quarterback also kicked two point-afters and ran in a two-point conversion.

Kingston quarterback Jack Colleto completed nine for 18 for a total of 79 yards. Kingston junior Alex Barrett had the Bucs’ only touchdown. Barrett rushed for 74 yards in 17 carries.

Kingston senior Garrett Rouser led in receiving, catching six for a total of 49.
