Port Orchard man finishes first in 5-mile Road Race | Viking Fest

POULSBO — Kyle Norris was the first to cross the finish line during the 5-mile Viking Fest Road Race, May 17.
Norris, a 20-year-old Port Orchard resident, cross the finish line in 27 minutes 52 seconds.
Viking Fest continues today, May 17, through May 18.
