STAR 101.5 says local teacher is tops

POULSBO — STAR 101.5 presented Poulsbo Elementary School teacher Carolyn Robinson with the radio station’s Teacher of the Week award, April 19 at the school.

In a local contest conducted by STAR 101.5 radio, Robinson, a first-grade teacher, was nominated by student Sophia Loverich. STAR 101.5’s Marina Rockinger made a surprise visit to Robinson’s classroom.

Each student received a goody bag full of prizes from McDonald’s, City University, Sky Nursery, KOMO 4, and STAR 101.5. Robinson received a personalized plaque from Trophies2Go.com, a $100 check, a $50 Sky Nursery gift card, and a makeover courtesy of Blanc N’ Schwartz Salon in Kent.
