City Council will help open 2013 Farmers Market

POULSBO — The Poulsbo Farmers Market (www.poulsbofarmersmarket.org) opens for another season April 6, 9 a.m., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

A majority of Poulsbo City Council members are expected to participate. The market, at 7th Avenue and Iverson Street, will be open every Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., through Dec. 21.

The 2013 market features locally grown and locally crafted products from 36 vendors, as well as live music and presentations.
