Civil Service Commission needs north end rep

PORT ORCHARD — Applications are being accepted for the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Civil Service Commission, which has a vacancy for a member who resides in County Commission District 1 (North Kitsap).

The commission determines appeals on suspensions, demotions and discharges; and creates regulations regarding appointments, promotions, suspensions and other actions.
