Bremerton man allegedly prowled for Poulsbo vehicle

A Bremerton man was arrested for allegedly stealing a vehicle in Poulsbo Oct. 13.
Timothy W. Keller, 18, is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
The victim reported her vehicle stolen from Pugh Road sometime during the night of Oct. 13. A Poulsbo Police officer located the stolen vehicle about 12:55 a.m. Oct. 14. The suspect ran from the car before the officer approached the vehicle, but was identified by another male sitting in the car.
Keller was later located and arrested about 4:40 a.m. According to the report, he admitted stealing the car and was prowling for vehicles in the area at the time.
The car owner also said there was a Nikon digital camera in the vehicle at the time of the theft, which was not recovered.
According to the report, once the car was returned, the car owner found several items that did not belong to them, including: drugs and paraphernalia, alcohol, jewelry, clothing, two GPS devices, a car stereo faceplate, three knives, and several electronic device power chords.
Keller was booked into Kitsap County Jail on $17,500 bail.
