Lady Washington, Hawaiian Chieftain will visit Kitsap | Kitsap Week

BROWNSVILLE — The tall ship Lady Washington and her companion ship Hawaiian Chieftain will visit Brownsville Marina Aug. 20-23 and Bremerton Marina Aug. 24-26 as part of their annual summer tour of Puget Sound.
At both stops, the ships will offer public tours and sails:
Brownsville:
Aug. 21-23: 4-5 p.m. walk-on tours. $3 donation per person. No reservation required.
Aug. 21-23: 6-8 p.m. evening sail. $29 all ages.
Aug. 24: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Passage: Brownsville to Bremerton, $25 all ages.
Bremerton:
Aug. 24: 1 p.m. Grand Arrival
Aug. 24: 6-8 p.m. evening sail. $29 all ages.
Aug. 26: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. walk-on tours. $3 donation per person. No reservation required.
Aug. 26: 2-5 p.m. Battle Sail. $60 adults, $50 students/seniors/active military, $40 12/under.
Based in Grays Harbor, Lady Washington was designated the state’s official tall ship in 2007. The ship travels to more than 50 ports a year conducting living history educational programs for K-12 students and the general public.
