Ligon earns degree from MSU Billings

POULSBO — Chelsey L. Ligon of Poulsbo received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Montana State University, Billings, April 28.
MSU Billings conferred degrees on 1,028 candidates for associate’s degrees, bachelor degrees and master degrees.
