Delaney intends to resign from NK school board

North Kitsap school board District 2 Director Dan Delaney gave notice of his intent to resign from the board this week, according to a statement released Monday by the North Kitsap School District.

Delaney’s resignation will not be final until accepted by the school board.

A celebration of Delaney’s six years of board service is scheduled for 4 p.m. Oct. 23 at the district’s Student Support Services office, located at 18360 Caldart Ave. in Poulsbo.
