Zachary Shields of Bainbridge Island won the 10K in the Trillium Trail Run Saturday at Battle Point Park.

The 19-year-old’s winning time in the field of 90 was 46 minutes 13 seconds.

In second, 19 seconds behind, was Mark Goodro, 50, also of BI. Bainbridge’s Carter Williamson, 31, was fourth.

Gabi Frank of BI was the first woman finisher. The 24-year-old’s time was 48:39. She was seventh overall.

Second for the women was Ann Browning, 56, of BI, who was 19th overall and was almost 10 minutes behind Frank. Third was Sharen Borgias, 61, of BI, who was 22nd overall.

In the 5K, which has 95 runners, Miguel Guillen Kushner of BI, 14, won in 23:10. Jena Winger of BI, 37, was second and the women’s winner in 23:40.

Placing second for the men was Daniel Camacho of BI, 37. Henry Hugeback, 15, of BI was third. For the women, Brittany Hurst, 37, of Poulsbo was second, fifth overall. Monica Hurst, 33, of Poulsbo, was third, sixth overall.
