SK Girls Water Polo | Spring Preview

Wolves’ girls water polo team loaded with freshmen

Head coach: Zack Fogel

Key players: Ronny Wellman, Aly Batt, Anya Fogel, Miranda Lynam, Kaili Martin, Sophia Davila, Abby Cullor, Kayleigh Dameral.

Outlook: The team made the playoffs for the first time in its short history last year and welcomes a huge class of freshmen and sophomores to the fold, growing the program exponentially to 36 participants. Six of last year’s seven starters return, including Wellman, the goalkeeper, and top scorers Batt, Fogel and Lynam. Several of the younger players also look promising, so the Wolves are eyeing a second consecutive trip to the postseason.
