Olympic Girls Basketball | Winter Sports Preview

Head coach: Bryan Hanley

2018-2019 record: 8-12 (5-7 OLY 2A)

Key players: Jakyiiah Willis, jr., G; Aaliyah Williams, sr., P; G; Elisa Turnquist, jr., G; Kaylani Riley, sr., G; Midori Carrier, sr.

Outlook: The Trojans have some experience, led by a top-notch guard in Willis and a strong post player in Williams. Turnquist and Riley also played plenty of minutes last season and should step into expanded roles. Olympic is a little smaller than it has been in past years, but should bring plenty of excitement and speed to the floor. Look for this team to be in the mix for a postseason spot after missing out in their final regular season game last year.
