The Knights made their presence felt during the April 25 Bremerton Invitational.

Ransom won the 100-meter dash in 11.44 seconds and the 200 (22.98).

His teammate, Japrea Pedesclaux, won the long jump at 17 feet, 10 inches. Other local winners on the boys side included Klahowya’s Trent Mazelli, who won the 800 (1:58.73) and 1,600 (4:37.17), while Olympic’s Keshun McGee captured the triple jump (44-6.5) title.

On the girls side, Olympic’s Sierra Adams placed first in the shot put (36-11) and discus (103-02). Other local winners included Bremerton’s Christine Foresha (100, 12.88), Klahowya’s Claire Grindstaff (400, 1:07.10), Olympic’s Morgan McCorkle (300 hurdles, 49.95) and Danielle Monzon (long jump, 15-10.75).
