Klahowya Fastpitch

Head coach: Jodie Gagnon

2018 record: 12-9 (2-4)

Key players: Hannah Bastian, jr., infield; Paityn Becar, sr., first base; Shae Stevens, so., infield/pitcher; Sarah Greene, so., infield; Braxton Skilbeck, fr., infield; Kyla Fenske-Radford, fr, infield.

Outlook: The Eagles made it to the state tournament last year for the first time since 2004, but ace pitcher Amber Bumbalough has departed for college so it will be up to the returning players and some promising underclassmen to lead the charge back to the postseason. With Coupeville gone and Chimacum and Port Townsend not fielding teams, Klahowya will be part of a four-team Nisqually League this year with Bellevue Christian, Seattle Christian and Vashon Island.
