• Overview: Shelton has struggled since it returned to the Narrows League in 2008. The Highclimbers have produced just one winning record — they finished 7-3 in 2012 — during that span. Shelton’s offense again has struggled this year, but it features a capable lead back in Henry. He rushed for more than 1,100 yards in 2013. With the exception of their victory against Mount Tahoma, which is winless in 3A Narrows play, the Highclimbers’ defense has struggled to stop anyone. They have surrendered an average of 35.7 points per game. Only Mount Tahoma (44) is worse in 3A Narrows. The Wolves played Shelton on an annual basis from 2001-05 and 2008-11. South won seven of those nine meetings.
