Golfers can register online at the Chamber of Commerce's website.

The Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual South Kitsap Golf Classic at McCormick Woods Golf Course July 13.

The theme of this year’s tournament is “Caddy Shack,” and the chamber is looking forward to each team’s interpretation of it.

All tee sponsors are being encouraged to “dress up” their tees and to have fun with the theme. Tee sponsors include Port Orchard Bay Street Association, Dana’s Heating & Cooling, Peterson and Jake CPA Cintas, Air Masters Heating Inc., Peninsula Credit Union and Suquamish Clearwater Casino.

A portion of the tournament proceeds will sponsor a  scholarship and help support graduating seniors from the South Kitsap School District.

To register, go online at the South Kitsap Golf Classic page at www.por torchardchamber.org/south- kitsap-golf-classic/ or download the registraction form.

Golf registration includes both lunch and dinner, a putting contest, warm ups on the range, pre-golf refreshments, a golf cart and 18 holes of golf. Each golfer will also receive a “swag bag” as well as prizes for contests.

Sponsors are still welcome as well as entries of teams of four.
