I’ve worked with Jay on many projects and issues, from nonprofit community projects, school bond issues and in support of local businesses.

Jay is a visionary and leader who’s also willing to get his “hands dirty,” doing whatever necessary to get the job done.

His experience as a Naval officer, public agency manager and in the private sector coordinating and managing large projects and hundreds of staff has equipped Jay to bring rare expertise to our City Council.
