Sylvia Tytler, 80, passed away September 8, 2018 after suffering with Alzheimer’s Disease and cancer. A graduate of Bainbridge High School and The Evergreen State College, she was preceded in death by her husband Mort, and son Ian. She is survived by her sister Joan Bickerton, brother Morris Komedal (JoAnn), daughter Karen Brunton (Jim), grandson Gage Tytler, great-granddaughter Kezlynne Tytler, cousins, nieces, and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church of Olympia on October 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial remembrances may be made to the American Cancer Society, Alzheimer’s Association, or The Nature Conservancy.
