POULSBO — Steven Bart Lowe passed away on Jan. 24 at his home in Poulsbo.

He was born on Jan. 22, 1956 and was 62 years of age.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation from 9-10:45 a.m. Feb. 2, followed by the funeral service at11 a.m., at the LDS Church in Poulsbo. Interment will follow at Port Blakely Cemetery on Bainbridge Island.
