She was born to Charles T. Jordan and Jean (Stewart) Jordan on May 30, 1923, in Seattle. Mrs. Reynolds attended St. Nicholas High School in Seattle, Scripts College in California and graduated from the University of Washington.

She married John Reynolds in Seattle in 1947. In addition to raising three sons, Mrs. Reynolds was very active on the Board of Children’s Orthopedic Hospital for many years as past treasurer and vice chairman. She was a member of the Garden Club, Arboretum Foundation, Sunset Club and Women’s University Club.

Mrs. Reynolds and her husband took great pride and joy in gardening, especially working on the landscaping of their home and land on the Hood Canal, and going to the Symphony and Repertory Theater.

Survivors include sons John (Carol) Reynolds of Indianola, Charles J. (Tanya) Reynolds of Alaska and Stewart K. (Cathy) Reynolds of Idaho; and nine grandchildren. The family would like to thank the home health aids from Catholic Community Services for their care and compassion during this time. A memorial service was yesterday at Crista Shores in Silverdale. Memorial donations can be made to Children’s Orthopedic Hospital. Arrangements by Stone Chapel.
