Lois Ione Regan

February 27, 1931 – April 27, 2019

Lois Ione Regan (Auxier), 88 of Silverdale passed away surrounded by her family Saturday April 27, 2019. Lois was born February 27, 1931 in Nebraska to Leo Benjamin and Orpha K. Auxier. They moved to Silverdale where she attended Central Kitsap schools and met Donald Joseph Regan. Lois and Donald were married on May 6, 1949 at the Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Bremerton. Donald and Lois moved to Poulsbo where they raised their family of eight boys and five girls, she provided her children with lots of love and with a strong Catholic religion background. She was a very devout Roman Catholic who practiced her faith every day. Lois loved everyone and was loved by all who knew her. Lois had a lengthy career in Real Estate and retired from Windermere. Lois was preceded in death, by her husband Donald Joseph Regan, her brother Harley Auxier of Utah, and by four of her children Kathy Novick of Bremerton, Richard Regan of Chimacum, and Thomas Regan and David Regan of Poulsbo. Lois is survived by her brother Laurel Auxier of California, by her sons Gerald Regan of Bend Oregon, Allan Regan, Jeff Regan, Tim Regan, and Sam Regan of Poulsbo. She is also survived by her daughters Debbie Voyce, Rose McCracken of Poulsbo, Pamela Whitney of Indianola, and Petronilla Dickerson of Port Orchard and 25 Grandchildren and 28 Great Grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019, at 10: 00 am; a Rosary at 10:30am and a 11am Memorial Mass, at Saint Olaf’s Catholic Church, 18943 Caldart Avenue Poulsbo, WA 98370. A reception will follow at 12pm in the Parish Hall. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM at Miller Woodlawn Cemetery 5505 Kitsap Way, Bremerton, WA 98311.
